Empasoft Institute of Technology, in collaboration with TESO Group, UNICEF Mongolia, Women in Tech Mongolia, and Momade Agency, successfully conducted the “Empowering Girls in STEM” program for high-school girls over the past two months.
On March 8, in honor of International Women’s Day, the “Women in Tech: Leadership in the Technology Sector” event was held in Darkhan under the theme “Technology: Education, Opportunity, Income.” The event became an inspiring platform for young girls passionate about technology and innovation.
Highlights of the program:
✅ Inspiring stories from successful women in the technology and science fields.
✅ Participants explored their passion for STEM and received career guidance.
✅ Outstanding participants were recognized, and all graduates received certificates. 🎉
We are delighted that this initiative will continue to expand with the support of the Darkhan-Uul Women’s Association and local authorities.
