On July 18, 2025, the General Police Department of Mongolia and Empasoft Institute of Technology officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in the field of technology and human resource development.
🖋 The MoU was signed by Brigadier General O. Ganbat, Deputy Director of the Strategy, Policy, Innovation, and Development Department of the General Police Department, and O. Enkhjin, Director of Empasoft Institute of Technology.
📌 Under this partnership:
- Empasoft will train AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering specialists tailored for the police and internal military sectors,
- Provide discounted educational programs for officers in bachelor’s, master’s, and short-term professional training,
- Offer international internship and exchange opportunities,
- Collaborate on research and consulting projects related to security and digital transformation.
