The Government Digital Service Regulatory Agency and Empasoft Institute of Technology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in IT education for youth.

- Promote digital literacy and career orientation for youth
- Implement training programs in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence
- Co-organize a summer IT program for members of the “HURDAN” Club
