2024 has been a busy yet successful year for Empasoft Institute of Technology. We’d like to share some of the highlights from a year filled with competitions, events, and remarkable achievements.
- 🚀 All students completed the first semester by learning “Computer Fundamentals” through Cisco Networking Academy and earned their first CISCO IT ESSENTIALS Certification.
- 🚀 Successfully organized the first-ever “Empasoft Mathematics Olympiad” for high school students.
- 🚀 Over 1,000 students participated in our free 1-month Mentorship Program for high schoolers and gap year students exploring career options.
- 🚀 Hosted the “EMPASOFT CTF 2024 | MAZALA CYBERSEC: UNIVERSITY EDITION” with 68 teams and over 200 students participating. Winners:

- 🥈 Kyber Team (Empasoft Institute of Technology)
- 🥉 Powerpuff Girls (NUM)
- 🚀 3 students received scholarships through the WE Mongolia program for girls in technology.
- 🚀 Visited 21 provinces and interacted with over 10,000 students.
- 🚀 Partnered with Japan’s leading IT company GMO Group, offering internships and career opportunities in Japan.
- 🚀 2 top-performing students represented Mongolia in Taiwan’s international summer exchange program.
- 🚀 Our student team reached the finals of the DX Cup 2024 Winter.
- 🚀 The Empasoft team secured 2nd place in the “Haruu Zangi 2024” national cybersecurity championship.
- 🚀 Ranked 37th out of 250 teams in Saudi Arabia’s “Black Hat MEA 2024” international cybersecurity competition.
- 🚀 Our CEO, Enkhjin O., was recognized as one of the top five “Best Supporters” in the Asia-Pacific region.
- 🚀 Successfully launched the Empowering Girls in STEM program.
